Breckinridge Memorial Nursing Facility is an 18 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified facility located on the second floor at Breckinridge Health. Offering short term rehab options, as well as long term care, our facility is able to offer you and your loved ones exceptional care close to home. We offer a strong staff to resident ratio while our residents have access to daily activities provided by our certified activities director, an outdoor area with flowers and a raised bed for gardening, and dining rooms in which they can socialize with others within the facility. If requested or needed, there are specialized services available including: Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Tranquility Services, and Dietary Consultation with a registered Dietician.
